We're looking for a Business Development / Growth Engineering Intern to grow our business. You will:
Define and refine our Ideal Customer Profiles, shaping who we target and how we reach them
Build and own prospecting workflows using modern automation tools like Claude, Clay, and HubSpot
Execute outbound campaigns that book qualified meetings and move deals forward
Establish structured pipeline discipline that scales with our growth
Qualify prospects, assess fit, and maintain tight follow-up across your book of business
Create systems and processes that blend commercial execution with engineering thinking
Your profile
What you should bring to the team:
Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools
Available for at least 6 week internship
The 'Nice-to-haves':
Previous internship or project experience in sales, engineering, or growth roles Experience with MCPs, API-integrations
Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) or marketing automation tools
Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts or interest in healthcare technology

Practical Requirements / Eligibility:
