Your mission

We're looking for a Marketing Intern to help us grow our business. You will:

• Define our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) for different products, shaping how we target and communicate with our key audiences
• Organize and harmonize the layout of our brand and marketing materials, creating consistency across all touchpoints
• Drive measurable improvement in 2 specific Marketing KPIs, demonstrating real impact on our growth
• Support the development of our newsletter and potentially build a workflow that automatically adjusts messaging based on customer segment

Your profile

What you should bring to the team:

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Engineering, Dental Medicine or related field
• Completed 1–2 high-impact internships in any function (e.g., Marketing, Product or Strategy) and have a proven track record of proactive ownership (e.g., through side projects, leadership roles, or extracurricular initiatives)
• Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (social media, email, content)
• Available for at least 2 months, preferably longer
• Eager to learn and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus

The 'Nice-to-haves':

• Previous internship or project experience in marketing or communications
• Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights)
• Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and Social Media Platforms
• Interest in healthcare, dental, or AI technology

Practical Requirements / Eligibility:

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Valid work authorization in Belgium
• Able to work from our Leuven office at least 3 days per week
