Your mission

Relu: We design your grandmother's teeth with AI

Did you know that most new teeth, dentures or clear aligners that dentists place in our mouths are first designed in a CAD software and then 3D printed. Well, we do the design automatically with our web-based AI-driven CAD software. 1000's of designs per day.

You will support our operations team, identifying bottlenecks, integrating tech stacks, and refining cross-functional processes to ensure we are 'investor-ready' and built for rapid expansion.

Example projects you will work on:
  • Project 1: Gain hands-on exposure to fundraising processes, including data room preparation and investor presentation development
  • Project 2: Design and implement an automated cash flow forecasting model
  • Project 3: Enhance and automate the revenue forecasting model
  • Project 4: Define tool workflows and build system integrations (e.g., dunning automation in Paddle; Pleo → Blue10 → Exact Online)

Your profile

  • The Mindset: You possess a high learning velocity and the emotional maturity to navigate the fast-paced, often ambiguous environment of a scaling startup.

  • The Methodology: You are a structured thinker with a meticulous eye for detail, capable of turning complex problems into organized, actionable solutions.

  • The Foundation: You have completed 1–2 high-impact internships in a core business function (Finance, Sales, HR, Marketing, Product or Strategy) and have a proven track record of proactive ownership—whether through side projects, leadership roles, or extracurricular initiatives.

  • The Technical Edge: You are tech-savvy by nature — you enjoy exploring new tools, can set up and troubleshoot integrations, and know your way around spreadsheets and financial models. Bonus points if you have experience with finance or ERP tools (e.g., Exact Online, Pleo, Paddle, or similar).
